Ramachandra Vijayotsava is the festival commemorating the victory of Lord Ramachandra, an incarnation of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, over the demonic king Ravana. Lord Rama appeared on this earth several millennia ago to eradicate the demons, perform unparalleled activities for the pleasure of His devotees, and to teach by example the topmost moral values.

5:45 pm – Discourse on Lord Rama

6:15 pm – Burning of Ravana

Directions to the Picnic

Directions from Interstate 5: West on Grand Ave or Garnet Ave, Left on Ingraham St & cross bridge. Take first right turn onto West Vacation Rd. Take the first left. When the road splits go either way. When that road ends park in the parking lot. Event is located between the long side of the model-boat pond and the bay.
